About Us
It started very humbly in the garage of a film company; founder Paul Kenyon had an idea of servicing the film industry. In the beginning he had a very small inventory of a couple dozen chairs and tables but quickly grew into the largest film rental company in Canada. He added new items to the inventory constantly and managed to become the President of the Canadian Rental Association. It seemed he was a man on a mission.
Another project that was also started very early on was the creation of the Digital Location Archive, which is simply put a film location library, which is also the largest, most comprehensive and up to date in Canada. A very short time later they began special event rentals and in 2005 acquired IN-Tents Inc a very reputable but small tent company, but like everything around here it didn’t stay small for long.
Today Absolute Tent and Event Services rental inventory of new and innovative tent and rentals products has quadrupled in only three short years and we have graduated to become supplier to some of the premier events staged in Southern Ontario.
