Tent Rentals For Weddings and Parties

All sizes and styles of European inspired marquee tents. Our Innovative and unique designs help to create memorable events.

Clear Span Tents – Available in 30’, 40’ and 50’ widths and up to 300’ in length.
Frame Tents – Available in 10’, 15’ 20’, 30’ and 40’ widths anywhere from 10’ to 250’ feet in length.
Pole Tents – Available in 30’, 40’, 60’, 80’, & 100’ widths and anywhere from 20’ to 300’ in length.
Pop Up Tents – From 5’ x 5’ up to 10’ x 20’. Commercial quality aluminum frames and is available in white, black, red and blue.
Specialty Tents
Tee Pee Tent – Gives your event that carnival feel.
Hex Tents – Hexagonal (6 sided) up to 40’ x 35’ and has no obstructing centre poles.
Matrix Tent – Consists of several square, triangular and hexagonal components creating some very advanced tent configurations.

Climate Control: Air Conditioning and Heater Rental

Absolute can ensure the comfort of your guests in any environment. Portable heat and A/C units. Electric cooling from 1 to 3 ton vertical or 15 - 60 ton ductable trailer mounts. Diesel and propane heat from 5,000 - 600,000 BTU's

Lighting Rental

The right lighting can really set the mood at your party. Whether it's intimate lighting for a small but elegant affair, or to add drama with banks of coloured par cans or to highlight a single table with an ultra sharp pin spot, we have a terrific assortment of theatrical, stage, accent lighting and chandeliers.

Electrical Generators & Power Distribution

This allows you to stage your event virtually anywhere, limited only by your imagination. Whisper quiet, 'film' quality, 'blimped' diesel generators from 1800 watts to 2000 kW and everything in between. Only CSA approved equipment and ESA approved installations.

Event planning is a whole lot easier with one of our certified event coordinators there to help every step of the way. From design to execution they will lend their expertise where it is needed and will provide you with a host of our invaluable services.

Event Services Include:

Event consultation - to determine your vision, your plans, your needs. Event design - complete with CAD drawings so you can visualize your event before it is actually staged. Setup and delivery - We're flexible, you can pickup your party supplies, we can deliver, or we can also set up the entire event.
